The same analytical lens applied to all DDP Consulting Group services is also applied to our work with agentic AI — the exception being we have gone one step further here in that we are researching and running theoretical simulations specifically with regard to the vulnerability surfaces that emerge when multi-agent autonomous systems govern themselves.
Our published research (Zenodo, March 2026) addresses the compliance agent paradox: the oversight mechanism inside an autonomous AI system is itself exposed to the same compromise risks it is designed to detect. This level of technical understanding along with our method of working back from a security first mindset is the foundational underpinning for all of our advisory services with regards to optimizing through automating using AI.
